I have been painting and teaching most of my life, but only what struck me the most. As a result my paintings show a varied subject matter, methods and mediums. However, my favourite medium is still water colour.

Lorene works mainly in watercolour and acrylics. She has studied with Morten Baslaw, Larry Halpen, Bruce Garner, Tomoko Kadama and Jim Boyd at O.S.A. and Margaret Perkin of Toronto. She is a Fellow of the Ottawa Watercolour Society and a founding member of Art Works in Shawville.
